Stable Hydraulic Lifting for Heavy Pallet Handling
The RFSY-1500 is a hydraulic four-way shuttle designed for heavy pallet handling and high-density automated storage. It supports a maximum load of 1500 kg. The lifting system uses high-power hydraulic drive together with hydraulic cushioning and flexible lifting technology. This design helps reduce inertial impact during lifting and provides smoother movement for heavy pallet loads.
For projects that require reliable pallet shuttle automation, the RFSY-1500 combines load capacity with four-way travel, allowing pallets to move within an automated racking system according to the warehouse layout and system design. Standard safety functions include single-point track obstacle detection, pallet posture detection, derailment detection, goods detection, low-battery protection, audible and visual alarms, and an emergency stop button. Radar-based track obstacle detection and limit-position QR codes are available as optional configurations.


Pallet Compatibility and Project Customization
Two main body configurations are available for different pallet and rack dimensions. The RFSY-1135-0980-180(-LD) supports pallets from 1000–1600 mm in length and 1131–1200 mm in width, with 1200 × 1200 mm pallets recommended. The RFSY-1135-0850-180(-LD) supports pallet lengths of 1000–1600 mm and widths of 770–1130 mm, with 1200 × 1000 mm pallets recommended.
Pallet dimensions can also be customized according to the racking structure, pallet type, and available project space. When the pallet width is below 1000 mm, the storage location requires a larger support plate area.
This flexibility allows the pallet shuttle automation configuration to be matched to actual warehouse conditions instead of forcing the project to use one fixed pallet size. Buyers can confirm the rack dimensions, pallet specifications, warehouse layout, and system interface requirements during the solution design stage.
Travel, Positioning and Battery Performance
The RFSY-1500 reaches a maximum unloaded speed of 1.5 m/s with acceleration of 1 m/s². Under load, the maximum speed is 1 m/s with acceleration up to 0.3 m/s². Servo control and barcode positioning provide positioning accuracy of ±2 mm, while precise positioning takes 2.5 seconds. Both lifting and direction-changing operations take 3 seconds.
Power is supplied by a 48V 40Ah lithium iron phosphate battery. Charging takes approximately 1–2 hours, with an operating time of about 6–8 hours. These specifications make the shuttle suitable for continuous pallet storage, retrieval, and batch material movement within automated warehouse systems.
For projects with North American market access requirements, UL-certified versions R4S-H15S-U and R4S-H15T-U are available as configuration options. These product versions should be considered separately from the company-level management and testing qualifications described below.
