
Pallet Shuttle Asrs
The RTSD-0050 fixed-spacing two-way shuttle is designed for fast storage and retrieval of totes, bins, and other light-load containers. Rated for 50 kg and equipped with a three-stage double-deep telescopic fork, it is better suited to high-frequency, multi-SKU operations than equipment built mainly for heavy pallet loads. As a compact pallet shuttle asrs solution, the unit uses a lightweight chassis and low-inertia drive system. Its body measures 1088 × 990 × 302 mm and weighs approximately 125 kg. It accommodates totes measuring 600 × 400 × ≥100 mm, with custom dimensions available for project-specific requirements.
Performance is centered on high-speed travel combined with double-deep handling. The shuttle reaches up to 4 m/s unloaded with 3 m/s² acceleration, and up to 3 m/s under load with 2 m/s² acceleration. Positioning accuracy is ±2 mm, with a fine-positioning time of 2.5 s. The three-stage fork travels at up to 1 m/s unloaded and 0.5 m/s loaded. By reaching two storage positions deep, the pallet shuttle asrs makes better use of rack depth while maintaining the throughput needed in tote-based warehouses with frequent inbound, outbound, and picking tasks.
