Pallet Stacker Crane
The RSC1-1500 is a single-mast pallet storage and retrieval machine rated for 1500 kg. It performs aisle travel, vertical lifting, and pallet transfer within an automated high-bay warehouse. The concentrated single-mast architecture keeps the mechanical layout comparatively simple while meeting the required load capacity, helping control machine mass and moving inertia. In raw-material, work-in-process, and finished-goods warehouses, the pallet stacker crane can be arranged together with racks, aisles, and transfer stations to form a continuous automated pallet-handling process.
Maximum horizontal speed is 200 m/min with 0.5 m/s² acceleration. Lifting travel can reach 24 m, maximum lifting speed is 60 m/min with 1 m/s² acceleration, and positioning accuracy is ±2 mm. Depending on the warehouse design, one or two transfer stations can be configured together with the required fork, positioning, and communication systems. For long aisles or high rack systems, the pallet stacker crane can be engineered according to clear warehouse height, rack level spacing, pallet size, and inbound/outbound position so that it interfaces correctly with conveyors and warehouse controls.
The single-mast construction also supports project-oriented installation and commissioning. Site work can be organized around the rail, mast, load platform, fork, and control system in a defined sequence. Before ordering, customers should specify maximum pallet weight, pallet length and width, load center, highest storage level, effective aisle length, rack depth, expected cycle rate, site power, and equipment interfaces. Non-standard requirements can be confirmed against actual warehouse conditions during the engineering stage, with final parameters determined by the approved project design.
