Designed for Standard Pallet and Medium-Heavy Load Handling

 

The RFKB-170×70 series is a plate-type telescopic fork developed for single-deep storage and retrieval of standard pallets and medium-heavy materials. It uses a 170 × 70 mm section and high-strength steel, with a load capacity of up to 1200 kg.

Compared with low-profile fork designs that mainly focus on reducing installation height, this series places more emphasis on load rigidity, stability over longer extension distances, and compatibility with standard automated handling equipment. It can be used for standard pallets, engine cylinder blocks, and other medium-heavy materials that require automatic storage and retrieval.

The 170 × 70 mm section provides higher fork-body rigidity during extension. This helps control deflection when the fork operates over a longer stroke and makes the Pallet Telescopic Fork suitable for automated storage projects where repeated handling stability and load capacity are important selection factors.

Multiple Lengths for Different Storage Depths

 

The RFKB-170×70 series uses a single-extension structure and is available in several length combinations. Upper fork length and fork body length range from 1200 mm to 1600 mm. The corresponding extension stroke ranges from 1300 mm to 1700 mm.

The installation height is 160 mm.
