The RSC2-1500 uses a double-mast support structure for automated horizontal travel, lifting, and storage of palletized loads up to 1500 kg. The twin masts create a stable load-platform support system and improve overall resistance to bending and torsion, helping control platform movement under heavier loads. The two masts and dual guide rails share load and dynamic forces, reducing vibration during high-speed starts, stops, and emergency braking. The design can also support redundant dual drives, with a motor and encoder on each side. If one side experiences a fault, the control strategy may allow low-speed movement or completion of the current task before maintenance. Rated load is 1500 kg, lifting travel can reach 24 m, and positioning accuracy is ±2 mm. Single- or dual-station layouts and multiple fork options allow stacker cranes for pallets to be configured around pallet dimensions, rack depth, and transfer method.
