
Warehouse Stacker Crane
The RSC2-0500 is a double-mast, 500 kg light-duty stacker crane for automated storage and retrieval of medium-light loads. A lightweight structure combined with high-dynamic servo control allows horizontal travel speeds of up to 240 m/min, enabling rapid position changes even in long aisles. For component pallets, tooling carriers, and similar loads, the warehouse stacker crane supports frequent multi-level storage tasks while reducing forklift traffic inside rack aisles.

Maximum load is 500 kg, lifting travel can reach 24 m, and positioning accuracy is ±2 mm. The system can be arranged with one or two transfer stations. Communication can use optical or wireless technology, while travel positioning can be based on laser distance measurement or barcode positioning. Forks are available in single- or double-deep versions. These configuration choices allow the warehouse stacker crane to be matched to load dimensions, rack depth, the number of inbound and outbound stations, and the warehouse control architecture.

For selection, customers should provide maximum load, carrier type, aisle length, highest storage position, rack structure, and planned operating cycle so that travel range, lift height, fork type, and station arrangement can be defined. Where non-standard dimensions or unusual layouts are involved, the warehouse stacker crane can be engineered around the actual site instead of being limited to a fixed standard configuration.
