
Racking Shuttle
The RTSB-0050 is a 50 kg variable-spacing two-way shuttle developed for warehouses handling totes of different widths. The vehicle measures 1328 × 990 × 330 mm and weighs approximately 145 kg. Its main advantage is the adjustable pickup geometry, which supports tote sizes from 600 × 250 mm to 600 × 600 mm with a minimum height of 100 mm, while custom sizing is also available. In spare-parts warehouses, production logistics areas, and multi-SKU tote AS/RS projects, the racking shuttle improves container compatibility without requiring a separate machine for every tote width.
Unloaded travel speed reaches 4 m/s with 3 m/s² acceleration, while loaded travel reaches 3 m/s with 2 m/s² acceleration. Servo control and dual photoelectric positioning provide ±2 mm accuracy with a 2.5-second fine-positioning time. Fork speed reaches 1 m/s unloaded and 0.5 m/s under load. Supercapacitor and conductor-rail power options are both available, allowing the racking shuttle to be configured around operating intensity, rack layout, positioning requirements, and the tote size range used in the facility.


Safety and maintainability are also built into the design. Standard protection includes fork-extension obstacle detection, finger obstacle detection, load overhang detection, presence detection, mechanical end stops, audible and visual alarms, and an emergency-stop button. A rail obstacle sensor for radar-based avoidance can be added as an option. The flip-open maintenance structure gives technicians easier access to core components, while the button module, charging brush block, and overhang sensors are arranged in modular form for inspection and replacement. Final configuration should be based on tote width, height, maximum weight, rack structure, and power conditions.
