The RSC2-5000 is designed for automated storage and retrieval of heavy pallets, large load carriers, and industrial materials weighing up to 5000 kg. Unlike standard pallet storage equipment, this model focuses on large single-load weight and the structural demands created by heavy industrial materials.
The machine uses a reinforced double-column structure together with large-section columns, high-rigidity guide rails, and a strengthened load platform. These components provide mechanical support while heavy loads are moved horizontally, lifted vertically, and positioned at rack locations.
The Heavy Duty Pallet Stacker Crane can be applied to heavy manufacturing materials, industrial tooling, large components, and other loads where standard pallet equipment does not provide sufficient rated capacity.

Heavy-Load Travel and Lifting Parameters
Maximum horizontal travel speed is 180 m/min with acceleration of 0.5 m/s². The lifting range is 5–24 m, while the maximum lifting speed reaches 60 m/min with acceleration of 1 m/s².
Positioning accuracy is ±2 mm.
The equipment uses a high-power drive arrangement and corresponding control strategy for repeated storage and retrieval under heavy-load conditions. Pickup structure and workstation configuration can be determined according to the actual pallet, tooling fixture, or industrial component.
