Stacker Crane Warehouse
The RSC1-1500(42) is a single-mast pallet stacker crane developed for ultra-high automated warehouses. Rated for 1500 kg, it offers a maximum lifting travel of 42 m and combines horizontal aisle travel, vertical lifting, and storage-position transfer in one automated machine. Its main purpose is to exploit building height where land area is limited. In projects with sufficient clear height, the stacker crane warehouse concept increases storage capacity by extending the rack system vertically rather than expanding the warehouse footprint.
Horizontal travel speed reaches up to 200 m/min with 0.5 m/s² acceleration, while lifting speed reaches 60 m/min with 1 m/s² acceleration. Positioning accuracy is ±2 mm. A maximum lifting travel of 42 m allows the machine to serve rack systems approaching that height, with fork and load-handling arrangements selected to suit the warehouse process. By using high-level storage positions, the stacker crane warehouse can automate pallet movement across a wide vertical range while maintaining precise alignment at each transfer point.
Ultra-high warehouse projects require the building, rack, and machine to be planned as a single engineering system. Selection should therefore consider clear building height, total rack height, pallet weight and dimensions, aisle length, number of storage levels, inbound/outbound stations, and target throughput.
