The RFKB-250×40 series is a single-extension low-profile plate-type telescopic fork developed for applications with limited vertical clearance, narrow aisles, and compact automated storage equipment.

Its main structural feature is the 250 × 40 mm flat section. The 40 mm profile reduces the vertical installation space required by the fork body and allows it to work where available fork clearance is limited. This makes the Low Profile Telescopic Fork suitable for low-clearance stacker cranes, space-restricted automated storage equipment, and special mechanical handling stations.

While the fork has a low height, its section is 250 mm wide. The wider supporting surface helps distribute the load across a larger transverse area during material handling. This gives the product a different application focus from narrow-section fork designs.

The RFKB-250×40 series uses a single-extension structure and does not have to be installed as a pair. One fork can operate independently. This can be useful where machine width does not allow two forks to be installed or where a mechanical station requires pickup from only one side.

A single-fork arrangement also removes some of the mechanical synchronization work required between paired forks, making inspection and replacement more direct.

Multiple fork length and stroke combinations are available. Fork body lengths range from 650 mm to 1450 mm, with corresponding strokes from approximately 750 mm to 1550 mm. Buyers can select a suitable specification according to stacker crane structure, storage depth, and the required pickup position.
