Side Clamping and Pulling for Light-Load Storage

 

The RFKJ-0050 is a three-stage double-extension clamping fork with a rated load capacity of 50 kg. It is mainly designed for totes, cartons, rolled materials, and other light loads that need to be picked from the side or end rather than supported by a conventional pallet fork.

The standard application data covers tote sizes such as 600 × 400 × ≥100 mm. Dimensions can also be customized according to project requirements.

Instead of entering underneath a pallet, the Carton Clamping Telescopic Fork uses a lateral hooking and pulling method. This allows the spacing between adjacent totes to be reduced, making the structure suitable for dense storage positions and double-deep rack layouts.

Reduced Tote Spacing and Simplified Rack Support

 

The side-pull handling method can reduce the clearance required between storage units. This allows the warehouse layout to make more effective use of available rack space.

The RFKJ-0050 has a maximum load capacity of 50 kg. The maximum stroke is 900 mm, with an additional 50 mm safety distance. Both the outer fork and inner fork are 690 mm long.

Maximum unloaded speed is 1 m/s, while maximum loaded speed is 0.5 m/s. Positioning accuracy reaches ±2 mm and precise positioning time is 2.5 seconds.

However, load weight alone is not enough to determine whether a product is suitable for clamping. The packaging strength, clamping position, external dimensions, and the way the load reacts to clamping force should all be checked during selection.

The spacing of the pulling fingers and related structural dimensions can also be determined according to the actual tote or product configuration.
