Electric Lifting with Access Space for AGV Transfer
The RAPD-0750 is designed for automatic pallet destacking, stacking, individual pallet release, and pallet collection. Its maximum load capacity is 750 kg.
Unlike the pneumatic lifting arrangement used in the RAPQ series, this model uses an electric lifting system combined with a portal-frame mechanical structure.
A notable feature of the structure is the access area reserved for AGV entry and unloading. An AGV can enter the equipment operating area to complete pallet exchange, helping connect mobile transport, pallet stacking or destacking, and downstream conveying within one material-handling process.
The Electric Pallet Stacker Destacker can be applied at automated warehouse interfaces, production logistics areas, pallet circulation systems, and manufacturing sites where pallets need to be supplied or collected automatically.
2800 mm Stacking Height with Low-Level Transfer
The machine supports pallet sizes of 1200 × 1200 mm, 1000 × 1600 mm, and 1200 × 1000 mm. Customized pallet dimensions are also supported.
Maximum stacking height is 2800 mm, while the conveying height is 450 mm.
This relatively low conveying level can help the machine interface with low-level pallet conveyors, AGV transfer areas, and other automated logistics stations.
The lifting mechanism uses an electric motor. Lifting stroke is 1875 mm and motor power is 2.2 kW.
The gripping mechanism remains pneumatic. It uses D50 × 2 cylinders with a 100 mm gripping stroke and requires an operating pressure of 0.5–0.6 MPa.
The electric lifting system adjusts the vertical position of the pallet stack, while the pneumatic gripping structure separates and holds pallets during the operating cycle.
Technical Inputs for AGV and Conveyor Integration

The compressed-air requirement for the gripping mechanism should also be considered even though the main lifting action is electrically driven.
