Lift First, Then Rotate the Complete Pallet

 

The RROD-0250 is a pallet lifting and rotation unit designed to change material orientation within an automated conveyor system. Its maximum load capacity is 250 kg.

After the pallet reaches the working position, the lifting mechanism raises the supporting surface away from the original conveying level. The rotation mechanism then turns the complete pallet around the rotation center before it is returned to the transfer position.

This operating sequence makes the Lift Rotation Table suitable for production lines, pallet conveyor systems, warehouse inbound and outbound areas, and automated equipment stations where the pallet orientation needs to change without manually repositioning the load.

The equipment can be used where the material needs to leave the station in a different orientation from the direction in which it entered.

Servo Rotation with Pneumatic Lifting

 

The standard rotation surface measures 850 × 850 mm and can be customized according to the pallet and project layout.

The rotation system uses a servo motor with a power rating of 0.4 kW. The machine supports 0° and 180° rotation, with a rotation speed of 20°/s.

The lifting system uses two D80 pneumatic cylinders and provides a standard lifting stroke of 50 mm.

This combination separates the two functions clearly. Pneumatic lifting removes the pallet supporting surface from the original conveyor position, while servo rotation controls the change in pallet direction.

For a production process requiring a fixed 180° orientation change, the Lift Rotation Table can be incorporated directly into the automated material route.

Before confirming the final structure, buyers should provide the actual pallet length and width, total pallet and material weight, load center position, incoming direction, required outgoing direction, and the dimensions of the connected conveyor equipment.

The site should also provide compressed air suitable for the pneumatic lifting mechanism.

Working temperature is specified at -10°C to 45°C, with relative humidity below 85%.

The rotation platform dimensions can be determined according to the actual pallet support positions and production-line layout. This is particularly important when the load is not centered evenly across the pallet.

Routine maintenance can focus on the servo rotation drive, pneumatic cylinders, and mechanical connection points.
