Pallet Chain Conveyor

The RCVL-0500/1000/1500 uses metal chains to carry and transport pallets, metal fixtures, and other heavy rigid loads. Three load classes are available: 500 kg, 1000 kg, and 1500 kg. The chain-supported design is well suited to hard load-bearing surfaces and industrial objects that are heavier or less suitable for roller support. A Pallet Chain Conveyor can be used for shop-floor material delivery, automated warehouse infeed and outfeed, pallet transfer stations, and other industrial logistics routes requiring stable horizontal movement.

Available conveyor widths include 1000 mm, 1200 mm, and 1600 mm. Standard machine length is the selected width plus 300 mm, conveying height is 750 mm, and dimensions can be customized by project. The single-level conveyor runs at 18 m/min. Drive power is matched to load class: 0.55 kW for 500 kg, 1.1 kW for 1000 kg, and 1.5 kW for 1500 kg. This relationship between load rating and motor size allows the Pallet Chain Conveyor to be selected according to actual industrial duty rather than using one oversized configuration for every application.
