Pallet Direction Change at Conveyor Intersections
The RDVQ-0250 is a pneumatic pallet transfer unit designed to lift and move palletized materials between different conveying directions.
With a maximum load capacity of 250 kg, it can be installed at conveyor intersections, direction-changing points, or process stations where pallets need to transfer automatically from one conveyor path to another.
Standard pallet sizes include 1200 × 1200 mm, 1000 × 1600 mm, and 1200 × 1000 mm. Customized dimensions can also be confirmed according to the actual pallet or tooling fixture.
The product combines a pneumatic lifting mechanism with either roller or straight-plate roller-chain conveying. This gives buyers a choice of contact surface according to pallet material and bottom structure.
Roller or Chain Conveying for Different Load Carriers
The lifting mechanism uses two D80 cylinders. Standard lifting stroke is 50 mm, while both lifting and lowering take 1.5 seconds.
The conveyor section is driven by a 0.25 kW geared motor and operates at a speed of 18 m/min.
Two conveying structures are available: GT roller conveying or LT straight-plate roller-chain conveying.
The roller contact surface is suitable for non-metal pallets. The metal chain structure can be used with steel pallets, metal tooling fixtures, and heavy rigid components.
This distinction allows the Pneumatic Pallet Transfer Unit to be configured according to the actual load carrier instead of applying the same conveying surface to every pallet type.
During technical selection, the pallet bottom support positions and material should therefore be considered together with the load capacity.
Compressed-Air and Interface Requirements
The pneumatic lifting system requires an operating pressure of 0.5–0.6 MPa.
The specified operating temperature is -10°C to 45°C, while relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
During procurement, buyers should provide the maximum pallet weight, pallet material, bottom support structure, conveying direction, required lifting height, and available installation space. The site must also be able to provide a stable compressed-air supply within the specified pressure range.
The standard lifting stroke is 50 mm. Both the standard pallet dimensions and lifting configuration can be customized according to the project.
For installations connecting to existing conveyor equipment, interface height and mechanical dimensions should be confirmed before production.
