The RRVZ-0250(HC) is a rail-guided automated transport vehicle equipped with lifting and fork mechanisms. Its maximum load capacity is 250 kg.

The vehicle travels along a predefined rail and can be centrally scheduled to move between operating positions. Unlike the conveyor-equipped RGV version, this model uses its onboard lifting and fork mechanisms to handle materials at storage or transfer positions.

Travel, Lifting and Fork Performance

 

The RRVZ-0250(HC) supports pallet sizes including 1200 × 1200 mm, 1000 × 1600 mm, and 1200 × 1000 mm, with project customization available.

Communication can use optical or wireless methods.

The travel system uses a 4.4 kW asynchronous servo drive. Maximum unloaded speed is 3 m/s with acceleration of 1 m/s². Loaded speed reaches 2 m/s with acceleration of 1 m/s².

Positioning accuracy is ±2 mm, with a precise positioning time of 2 seconds.

The lifting mechanism uses a 1.1 kW servo motor and provides a standard lifting stroke of 80 mm.

Fork speed is 1 m/s unloaded with acceleration of 1 m/s². Under load, fork speed is 0.5 m/s with acceleration of 0.5 m/s².

 

Multi-Vehicle Operation and Fixed-Rail Power Supply

 

The supplied power method is a conductor rail, allowing the vehicle to operate continuously along its fixed route.

For systems using several RGVs, multiple vehicles can operate in parallel. Individual vehicles can also be maintained separately, while the number of operating levels can be increased or reduced according to warehouse requirements.

Adding further equipment mainly involves additional rail installation and RGV configuration.
