Multi-Angle Direction Change at a Common Conveying Height

 

The RRO0-0250 is an automated pallet rotating and conveying station designed for horizontal direction changes in production logistics and warehouse conveyor systems.

Unlike a lift-and-rotate structure, this model focuses on rotating the pallet while maintaining a common working height with the connected conveying equipment.

Its main purpose is to change pallet direction without requiring a larger conveyor route simply to create a turning radius. This can be useful in production areas where available floor space is limited and several conveying directions meet around one logistics node.

The Conveyor Turntable supports a maximum load of 250 kg and can be incorporated between conveyor sections to redirect a pallet before it continues to the next process.

Standard supported pallet sizes include 1200 × 1200 mm, 1000 × 1600 mm, and 1200 × 1000 mm. Customized sizes are also supported.

The standard conveying height is 750 mm.

Rotation is driven by a 0.4 kW servo motor. Four target orientations are available: 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. Rotation speed is 20°/s.

This multi-angle capability allows one rotation station to serve different logistics directions according to the production-line layout.

Because the equipment maintains a common conveying height, pallets can transfer between the Conveyor Turntable and surrounding conveyor modules without requiring a separate vertical movement.

The conveying section can use either a straight-plate roller chain or rollers. Standard conveying speed is 18 m/min, and the conveyor motor power is 0.25 kW.

The suitable conveying structure should be selected according to the actual pallet bottom configuration.

Before ordering, buyers should confirm maximum gross pallet weight, pallet length and width, bottom material, conveying surface height, incoming direction, outgoing direction, and required rotation angle.

The specified working temperature is -10°C to 45°C, while relative humidity should remain below 85%.

For retrofit projects, the interface dimensions of the existing conveyors should be provided so that the platform dimensions, conveying structure, and operating area can be confirmed before manufacturing.
