Light Duty Roller Conveyor

The RCVG-0100-T is a 100 kg light-duty roller conveyor mainly intended for non-metal pallets and lightweight carriers. Closely spaced rollers create a continuous support surface, while the rounded roller profile provides relatively gentle contact with the load base and helps reduce vibration. Because the system does not rely on metal chain contact for transport, it also avoids the corresponding chain-friction metal debris. A Light Duty Roller Conveyor is suitable for production-line connections, light pallet circulation, machine loading and unloading, warehouse transfer, and automated assembly areas where smooth movement and a clean environment are important.

Its modular design makes it practical to assemble conveyor sections along the real material-flow route and to simplify installation and commissioning. The specified operating temperature is -10°C to 45°C with relative humidity below 85%. During selection, customers should specify load or pallet dimensions, maximum weight, base material, minimum support length, total conveying distance, interface height, and required speed. It is particularly important to confirm that the load base is suitable for roller support. Double-level arrangements, special widths, and non-standard interface heights can be confirmed during project engineering.
