Heavy Duty Roller Conveyor

The RCVG-0250/1000 is an industrial roller conveyor for horizontal handling of pallets and heavier carriers, available in 250 kg and 1000 kg load ratings. Continuous rollers form the load-bearing surface and support pallet movement through production areas, logistics routes, warehouse infeed and outfeed zones, and interfaces between automated machines. A Heavy Duty Roller Conveyor combines strong load capacity with a rounded roller profile that provides comparatively gentle contact with non-metal pallet bases, making it suitable for stable, continuous operation in demanding material-handling environments.

Correct selection depends mainly on load conditions and the pallet base. Customers should provide maximum gross pallet weight, pallet length and width, bottom support-beam positions, conveying distance, transfer height, and the type of upstream and downstream equipment. The specified operating temperature is -10°C to 45°C with relative humidity below 85%. The modular design supports on-site assembly and commissioning, and non-standard width, machine length, or conveyor height can be adjusted to match a production line or warehouse layout.
