Fully Electric Transfer Without Compressed Air

 

The RDVD-0100 is a fully electric lifting and transfer unit designed for changing the direction of totes and other light loads on an automated conveyor line.

Its maximum load capacity is 100 kg. Standard models support 600 × 400 mm and 800 × 600 mm totes, while customized tote dimensions can also be provided according to project requirements.

A key difference from pneumatic transfer equipment is that the Light Duty Electric Transfer Unit does not require compressed air. The lifting function is driven electrically through a motorized roller and cam mechanism.

This makes the unit suitable for factories without a centralized compressed-air system, projects where pneumatic piping should be minimized, or conveyor installations spread across different production areas.

It can be installed in conveyor lines, multi-level conveying systems, and compact internal machine logistics channels where a 90° direction change is required.

Common Working Height for Roller and Belt Conveying

 

The roller conveying surface and belt conveying surface are designed around the same operating height. This allows the tote to remain at a consistent material-handling level as it enters the station, is lifted, changes direction, and leaves the transfer point.

The lifting mechanism uses a motorized roller with a cam. Standard lifting stroke is 20 mm, while direction-changing time is 1 second.

Both roller conveying and belt conveying use DC24V 50W motorized rollers.

Roller conveying speed is 60 m/min. The belt section uses a poly-V belt and also operates at 60 m/min.

The combination of short lifting travel and compact mechanical construction allows the Light Duty Electric Transfer Unit to be used at conveyor nodes where installation space is limited.

During procurement, buyers should confirm the actual maximum tote weight, tote dimensions, main conveying direction, and required transfer direction.

If the equipment will connect with an existing roller conveyor, belt conveyor, or automated machine, the conveying surface height and interface dimensions should be provided during project review.

The standard lifting stroke is 20 mm and can be customized according to project requirements.

The specified operating temperature range is -10°C to 45°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 85%.

For multi-level conveyors or compact machine layouts, electrical wiring space, equipment access, and maintenance clearance should also be included in the initial design. Since no compressed-air piping is required, equipment placement can be planned mainly around mechanical, electrical, and conveyor interface conditions.
