Minimum transfer height is 450 mm and total equipment height can reach 24 m, with customization available within that range. The lifting mechanism uses a 7.5 kW servo motor and synchronous-belt transmission. Unloaded speed reaches 240 m/min with 4 m/s² acceleration; loaded speed reaches 180 m/min with 3 m/s² acceleration. Laser distance measurement or barcode positioning can be selected, with ±2 mm positioning accuracy. This combination of speed and alignment allows the Rack Integrated Shuttle Lift to contribute directly to system throughput and cross-level task allocation.

 

Operating temperature is specified at -10°C to 45°C, relative humidity no higher than 85%, and noise no higher than 75 dB(A). Safety equipment includes a safety door and safety light curtain. Because the machine is structurally integrated with the rack, project selection must confirm not only shuttle model, combined load, lowest interface position, and expected transfer frequency, but also total rack height, rail elevations on each level, and structural installation interfaces. The 24 m customization range allows the system to be engineered around a new or existing warehouse layout.
