Single-arm Bin Lifter
The RLFD-0100 is a single-arm tote lift rated for up to 100 kg and designed for light totes, bins, and boxed components moving between different working heights. Its compact layout places the lifting and conveying mechanisms within a relatively small installation footprint, making it suitable for crowded production areas or local vertical-transfer stations. In light-load applications, a Single-arm bin lifter can connect production logistics, assembly-line feeding, and warehouse circulation processes while fitting into an existing workstation layout.
The unit accommodates 600 × 400 mm and 800 × 600 mm totes. Minimum conveyor height is 300 mm and standard machine height reaches up to 4 m, with customization within that range. E-, F-, and L-type conveying directions are supported, and the carriage can be configured with one or two levels. Maximum lifting speed is 30 m/min both unloaded and loaded, with 0.5 m/s² acceleration. The lift uses a 0.55 kW geared motor with chain transmission, while the roller conveyor reaches 60 m/min. These options allow the Single-arm bin lifter to match different infeed and discharge arrangements.
The simple mechanical structure and limited number of transmission components make inspection and part replacement more straightforward. The specified operating temperature is -10°C to 45°C, relative humidity is no higher than 85%, and operating noise is no higher than 75 dB(A). Selection should focus on maximum tote weight, outside dimensions, infeed and discharge heights, conveying direction, and available surrounding space. The 300 mm minimum transfer elevation and project customization up to 4 m are particularly useful when checking compatibility with existing production equipment.
