High-Speed Tote Transfer Between Floors and Storage Levels

 

The RLFL-0100 is a gantry-type vertical lifting system designed for totes moving between different floors, rack levels, or production areas. Its rated load capacity is 100 kg.

The gantry frame provides structural support during high-speed vertical movement and helps limit platform deviation while totes are being transported.

The vertical reciprocating conveyor supports E-type, F-type, and L-type conveying directions. It can also be configured with a single-level or double-level carriage. These options allow the machine to be adapted to different entry and exit positions without requiring every warehouse to use the same material-flow layout.

Typical applications include automated warehouses, component circulation, production logistics, and vertical movement of tote-based materials.

• The RLFL-0100 supports tote sizes of 600 × 400 mm and 800 × 600 mm. Maximum load capacity is 100 kg.
• Minimum conveying height is 400 mm. Equipment height can cover 4–24 m and can be customized within this range.
• Both unloaded and loaded maximum lifting speed reach 180 m/min, with acceleration of 3 m/s². These operating parameters make the machine suitable for applications where vertical transfer time directly affects warehouse or production throughput.
• The lifting mechanism uses a servo motor and chain transmission. Lifting motor power is 7.5 kW.
• The platform uses roller conveying, with a maximum conveying speed of 60 m/min and roller power of 50 W.

The chain transmission arrangement provides a standardized mechanical structure. Routine maintenance can focus on chain lubrication, chain tension, and inspection of transmission components.

The specified operating environment is -10°C to 45°C with relative humidity not exceeding 85%. Operating noise is specified at no more than 75 dB(A).

When selecting a vertical reciprocating conveyor, buyers should confirm actual tote dimensions, maximum unit weight, lowest entry position, highest discharge position, number of floors or levels, conveying direction, and expected throughput.

For projects where the interface height or access direction is non-standard, the final carriage configuration and machine height can be determined according to onsite measurements.
