Continuous Vertical Flow for High-Volume Tote Handling
The RLFX-0100 is a continuous vertical conveyor designed for applications that need a steady flow of totes between different levels.
Unlike a reciprocating lift that completes one lifting cycle and then returns, this system uses a circulating continuous structure. Multiple totes can move along the circulation path in sequence, reducing the waiting time associated with repeated lifting, stopping, and return movements.
Its rated load capacity is 100 kg, and the specified handling capacity is 600–1200 totes per hour.
This makes the Continuous Tote Lift suitable for warehouse and production environments where large quantities of containers need to move between floors for extended operating periods.
Typical loads include turnover boxes, packaged products, and boxed components.
C-Type and Z-Type Material Flow
The RLFX-0100 supports tote sizes of 600 × 400 mm and 800 × 600 mm. Minimum conveying height is 600 mm.
The machine supports C-type and Z-type conveying directions. This allows the inlet and outlet positions to be arranged according to the relative location of the two connected floors or production areas.
Maximum operating speed is 30 m/min.
The lifting mechanism uses a geared motor and chain transmission with a 3 kW motor. The continuous circulation structure allows several totes to travel along a fixed path at the same time, helping maintain a stable vertical material flow under the rated operating conditions.
For production lines requiring continuous feeding, the Continuous Tote Lift can therefore be selected based on both individual tote weight and hourly throughput.
Material Protection, Safety and Maintenance
The product information emphasizes stable transport to reduce unnecessary vibration during vertical movement. This helps reduce the risk of scratching, deformation, or damage to packaged goods and precision components during handling.
Routine maintenance can focus on the chain transmission, drive mechanism, and circulation components.
The specified working environment is -10°C to 45°C with relative humidity below 85%. Operating noise is specified at no more than 75 dB(A).
Safety protection includes safety doors, safety netting, and safety light curtains.
