Vertical Pallet Conveyor

The RLFL-0500/1000 uses a gantry frame for vertical transfer of palletized goods between different conveyor elevations and building levels. The rigid frame provides stable support for the lifting platform and helps maintain smooth movement under heavy or moderately off-center pallet loads. A Vertical Pallet Conveyor can connect pallet conveyors, automated warehouse transfer areas, and production-logistics stations at different heights, creating a continuous material flow between horizontal transport systems on separate levels.

The series is available in 500 kg and 1000 kg load versions and accommodates common pallet sizes including 1000 × 1200 mm, 1000 × 1600 mm, and 1200 × 1200 mm. Minimum conveyor height is 450 mm, while overall equipment height can be customized from 4 to 24 m. The lift uses chain transmission, with 5.5 kW or 7.5 kW drive power depending on load configuration. The platform conveyor reaches up to 18 m/min, allowing the Vertical Pallet Conveyor to transfer pallets efficiently to upstream and downstream conveying equipment.

In addition to maximum load, project selection should confirm pallet length and width, pallet type, minimum and maximum interface elevations, total lift distance, infeed and discharge directions, connected equipment, and available installation space. The specified operating environment is -10°C to 45°C with relative humidity below 85%, although final suitability should be checked against actual site conditions. Both overall height and pallet compatibility can be engineered around real floor elevations and material-flow routes.
