Pneumatic 90-Degree Transfer for Totes and Light Loads

 

The RDVQ-0100 is a pneumatic lifting and transfer unit designed for changing the conveying direction of totes, turnover boxes, and other light materials within an automated conveyor system.

Its maximum load capacity is 100 kg. The lifting section uses a D50 pneumatic cylinder and a standard 20 mm lifting stroke. When a tote reaches the transfer position, the unit raises the material and transfers it toward the required conveyor direction.

This compact action makes the Light Duty Pneumatic Transfer Unit suitable for production logistics lines, assembly-line material delivery, tote conveyor systems, and warehouse inbound or outbound interfaces where a simple directional transfer point is required.

1.5-Second Lifting and Lowering Cycle

 

The lifting time is 1.5 seconds, while lowering also takes 1.5 seconds.

The conveyor section uses a DC24V 50W motorized roller. A PD belt conveyor configuration can be selected, with a conveying speed of 60 m/min.

The pneumatic system requires an operating pressure of 0.5–0.6 MPa.

Because the lifting structure mainly consists of the cylinder assembly and standardized connecting components, routine maintenance does not require a complex lifting transmission mechanism to be dismantled. Common wear components can be inspected and serviced through a relatively simple mechanical arrangement.
