Electric Lifting for Heavy Pallet Transfer Points
The RDVD-0500/1000/1500 series is a fully electric lifting transfer unit developed for pallets and heavy materials moving through automated conveyor systems. Three maximum load configurations are available: 500 kg, 1000 kg, and 1500 kg.
The lifting mechanism uses a geared motor together with a cam structure. Multiple supporting positions can therefore rise and lower in a synchronized movement. This arrangement helps maintain a stable lifting posture when handling heavy pallets or loads with a certain degree of off-center weight distribution.
Standard compatible pallet sizes include 1200 × 1200 mm, 1000 × 1600 mm, and 1200 × 1000 mm. Customized pallet dimensions are also supported according to project requirements.
The Heavy Duty Electric Transfer Unit can be used at pallet conveyor intersections, automated warehouse inbound and outbound stations, production logistics lines, and transfer points handling metal fixtures or other heavy load carriers.
Three Load Levels with Matching Drive Power
All three versions use a geared motor and cam lifting structure. The standard lifting stroke is 50 mm, and both lifting and lowering take 3 seconds.
The standard interface height is 750 mm.
Lifting motor power varies according to the selected load capacity. The 500 kg version uses a 0.55 kW motor, the 1000 kg version uses 0.75 kW, and the 1500 kg version uses 1.1 kW.
The conveying section can use GT rollers or an LT straight-plate roller chain. Conveying speed is 60 m/min for all three load configurations. Conveyor drive power is 0.55 kW for the 500 kg version, 1.1 kW for the 1000 kg version, and 1.5 kW for the 1500 kg version.
This allows the equipment configuration to be selected according to the actual pallet load rather than using the same drive arrangement for every application.
No Compressed-Air Supply Required
A key difference between this model and pneumatic transfer equipment is that the lifting action is fully electric. The machine does not require a compressed-air supply, so installation is not restricted by the location of factory air lines.
This can simplify deployment in production areas where pneumatic piping is unavailable or where the conveyor layout extends across several separate operating zones.
Before selecting a Heavy Duty Electric Transfer Unit, buyers should confirm the actual maximum pallet or fixture weight, load center of gravity, bottom structure, conveying contact surface, conveying direction, and available installation space.
The standard 750 mm interface height and 50 mm lifting stroke can both be customized. The specified working environment is -10°C to 45°C with relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
